Shipping Policy

Return Policy

Since it is not possible to be sure that our products were intact for all the period after shipment and that package was stored in proper condition we can not allow any returns. Even in case this packages wasn't opened and remains in the same visual appearance.

Cancellation Policy

In case you want to cancel your order you have exactly 24 hours to do that and please note that you have to contact our support department by appropriate phone number and give them cancellation instructions. You need to provide number of the order that you want to cancel and the cancellation reason. Please note that it is not possible to cancel you order after expiration of 24 hours period.

Refund/Reship Policy

We do care about our customers and do our best to solve all cases of late and missing shipments. You can be sure that if you haven't received your shipment in time you can contact our support department and we can solve that issue by sending you another package free of charge or fully return payment back to your account.

In case your shipment is late you should:
  • Make sure that delivery time is expired
  • Please recheck shipment date and please note that delivery using International Unregistered Mail may take up to three weeks since all orders are shipped directly from Indian manufacturer. Please don't take any actions if this period hasn't passed yet.>
  • Let our customer department know about that issue
  • In case your shipment is really late you should immediately report that issue to our customer department. We will investigate that case and try to solve the issue with postal services. If we can not find solution we can resend your order on our own expenses or refund the amount of transaction.
  • Please keep in mind that: in case you initiate charge back without contacting merchant first, all your details such as home address, full name, IP and your credit card number can be added to worldwide blacklist and also reported to appropriate authorities such as your bank Fraud Department and FBI since this can be classified as credit card fraud.
